To ensure transparency regarding the collection, processing, and use of personal data, Mościckie Centrum Medyczne Sp. z o.o. has prepared this Privacy Policy as a tool intended to answer the most important questions concerning the processing of personal data. As this Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and Use of the Service, the terms used in those Terms of Service and Use of the Service shall prevail.

Purposes and methods of data processing:

Personal data processed by the Company is collected through the website at:https://www.mcm.net.pl

• responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form;
• performing concluded agreements and providing medical services;
• carrying out marketing activities, if separate consent has been given;
• conducting statistical analyses and optimizing website operation.

Legal basis for processing:

Personal data is processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(a), (b), or (f) GDPR, where the Company’s legitimate interest includes, among other things, developing relationships with patients and ensuring efficient communication.

Identity verification using the mObywatel application:

When using the identity verification function through the mObywatel application, the user’s personal data provided through that application may be used by the Service Provider to confirm the patient’s identity, verify the accuracy of identification data, and link the patient’s data to a user account or registration process in the system. The technical handling of this process is carried out through the Technical Integrator, MPED Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, acting under a personal data processing agreement concluded with the Service Provider. The controller of personal data remains the Service Provider, Mościckie Centrum Medyczne Sp. z o.o.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide medical services and comply with legal obligations.

In particular:

• User account data is retained for the duration of the account being active and for a period required by applicable law after account deletion.
• Medical and appointment data may be retained for the period required by healthcare regulations and legal obligations.
• Technical and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period necessary for security and system monitoring (typically up to 12 months).
• Data may be retained longer if required by law or to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect legal claims.

Users may request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Every person whose data is processed has the right to:

• access their personal data;
• data portability;
• rectification of data;
• deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”);
